NCIRPC will serve to:

Provide general technical assistance related to community economic development;

Provide grant writing and grant administration services;

Provide project support related to:

• Infrastructure;
• Brownfields;
• Community Development projects;
• Health and Safety programs; and
• Transportation.

NCIRPC’s technical assistance and support includes but is not limited to: project planning activities, preparing grant applications and providing project administration and financial management, program delivery. The organization will typically work with the following:

• Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs,
• Indiana Economic Development Corporation,
• U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration,
• U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development,
• U.S. Department of Environmental Protection Agency,
• U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,
• Indiana Department of Transportation, and
• Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
